About Us


Dustin L Stair

Originally from Arkansas, Chef Dustin found his passion for food at an early age. He is a formally trained from an Apprenticeship program with the American Culinary Federation at the former Peabody Hotel, Little Rock AR and has earned the distinction of Certified Executive Chef ®  through the American Culinary Federation and a member of the Texas Chefs Association.

2015 Chef of the Year - Rio Grande Valley Chapter of the Texas Chef's Association


Chef Dustin worked as an Executive Chef at Tulsa Marriot and is the Former Executive Chef at Renaissance Waterford Oklahoma City Hotel. He has several years of experience working with school districts and hospitals to create quality, nutritious, and flavorful food that exceeds clients' expectations.  Chef Dustin was named 2015 Chef of the Year - Rio Grande Valley Chapter of the Texas Chef's Association and is proud owner of A&P Grocers and Gather Catering.



Chef Dustin has created his home in the Rio Grande Valley and prides himself on being an invested member of his community. Bringing quality, wholesome food to the Brownsville, Texas area is his priority and his love of the area and culture is apparent in every bite! From Sunday barbacoa to flavored chicharrones and Keto Enchiladas, Chef Dustin has infused his menu items with the colorful flavors of el Valle.
